| Malaysia - we made
a "stopover" for 4 days here on the way back to Europe from
Australia. Now I can say, that if I could turn back time, I would
have made a longer stopover... . Kuala Lumpur is a dynamic city with
wide squares, Petronas Towers and western feeling. We traveled to
the Georgetown (on Penang island) by bus - it is called "Pearl
of Orient", because of its mixture of malaysian, chinese and
indian culture. I can give a strong confirmation of this... .

In Georgetown we tried the typical mix of cousines like
Tandori chicken, straight on the street. Don't be afraid of
eating where the locals eat - you have to get used to it,
but then it tastes fine...
